Stock permitting, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Parcels are sent out via the Royal Mail . The website shows whether an item is in stock. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, you can leave us your details and we will notify you when the item is available again.
Rainmac supply our products to customers living all over the world. Our postal charges vary according to how far our products are being sent. Rainmac operates three categories of postal charges depending upon the geographical location of the customer. These categories are:

UK and Europe – UK VAT is charged at a rate of 20% on any garment delivered to the UK or the European Community.
There is no VAT charged on the children's Rainjacket sizes 2 to 12.
Non European Community - No UK VAT is charged on deliveries. Once the customer has entered a non European Community address at checkout, the price of the products ordered will reduce accordingly.
Rainmac reserve the right to amend prices at any time to reflect any changes in the rate of VAT.
As stated above, products exported to jurisdictions outside the European Community are not subject to UK VAT, the tax will be deducted from the cost. However, customers should be aware that duties and taxes may well be payable in their own countries if products are imported. You are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be due as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. The payment of any import taxes should be considered- when you make your purchase and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more details.

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or if you wish a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for return or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition. We cannot exchange product or refund monies for rainwear supplied that we have altered for you.
There is a returns form with your order. Please complete the form fully, clearly mark whether you would like a refund or an exchange and attach the enclosed returns label on the packaging. Please remember to affix the correct postage to the package and get proof of posting or better still send the parcel recorded delivery. We cannot be responsible for goods whilst they are in transit to us. If a refund is requested the original charge for postage will not be refunded. We process your return immediately we receive it. Any refunds will be returned to you to the original method of payment. For example, refunds in respect of credit card transactions will be made by the credit card company.
