Delivery

Normally, with items that we have in stock, you can expect delivery within seven days of our receiving your order. For overseas delivery please allow additional time depending upon the destination. We charge the following for postage and packing:

Mackintoshes : from £8 .
Lightweight Raincoats & Microfibres : from £4.00

School Rainjackets : The rainjacket is only available to be purchased individually in our retail shop, for wholesale orders a quotation will be given at time of order.
Prices

UK and Europe - All prices include British VAT (Standard Rate). We reserve the right to amend prices at any time to reflect any changes in the rate of VAT. VAT is charged on any garment (other than the smaller children's sizes in the rainjackets) sold in the UK or the European Community generally.

Rest of World (RoW)- Garments exported to the rest of the world are not subject to VAT but customers should be aware that taxes will be payable in their own countries if garments are imported into it. The price we quote for RoW customers will exclude VAT. You the customer are responsible for any import taxes and this should be factored into your decision making when you are considering your purchase.

Credit Cards/Cheques

Rainmac accept VISA or MasterCard credit cards and cheques drawn on a UK bank. Rainmac only charges your credit card or banks your cheque when in a position to despatch the coat to you.

Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your coat when you receive it, we will exchange it, or refund the money you have paid for it, if you return it to us in good condition and unworn within 10 days of receiving it. This guarantee does not apply to coats we have altered for you.

Returns

If you are returning garments, complete the form enclosed with the order and return the form with the garments. Please address the parcel to :

Rainmac Limited, West St., Midhurst, West Sussex, England, with the postal code GU29 9NF.

We suggest that you insure the parcel and that you send it by registered mail in case the parcel fails to reach us. We cannot take responsibility for any garments lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds

We will refund by a cheque drawn on a UK bank monies which are paid by cheque for garments returned to us under our guarantee. Refunds in respect of credit card transactions will be made by the credit card company.

Consumers' Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Customer Support and Service

If you have any matter you wish to discuss with us, please call us between the hours of 9 to 5 (GMT) on the numbers listed below. Outside these times you may leave a message and we will contact you. In our Midhurst shop we keep books of letters received from satisfied customers which are open for inspection at any time during shop hours.

Complaints

It is important to us that you notify us of any complaint that you might have as soon as possible. We will consider all complaints carefully, sympathetically and speedily.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We only collect information about you in order to process your order.

We do not sell our mailing list to other businesses or people, or allow persons outside our company to see them.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have requested that we do so.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be as accurate and up to date as you allow. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
